Buyers in the EU keep their 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.
Condition
The specimen must come back in the condition it left, in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the piece arrived damaged.
Damage in transit
If a piece arrives damaged, email us photos of the piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
